You can do it from the comfort of your home, by enrolling in this course in which I will show you step by step how to make 4 amazing desserts all plant based and without cooking, to get the maximum nutritional benefit, and enhance the organoleptic characteristics of the ingredients.
If you want you can run the recipes with me, so that I can give you feedbacks, or you can simply watch what I do, ask questions and take notes, to make the recipes later.
WHAT IS RAW PASTRY?
My courses are based on the cold processing of plant based foods, whole and unrefined to create healthy desserts, full of taste and beautiful to look at. This introductory course aims to introduce you to the fundamentals of raw food pastry making, actively participating in the creation of the dishes.
The recipes chosen for the program have the characteristic of being interesting and sophisticated from the point of view of taste and construction, but easy to reproduce even at home. So they don't need hard-to-find equipment or ingredients.
During the course, the work on the recipes will be an opportunity to deepen also theoretical themes on raw food cuisine. You will be able to ask questions to establish knowledge based on your personal experience. The course is aimed at everyone, professionals or simple enthusiasts.
HOW DOES THE LIVESTREAM WORKSHOP WORK?
Once you have signed up, I will send you the recipe booklet, with a list of everything you need to make the recipes, including the ingredients. The sooner you sign up, the more time you will have
to get organized! If you prefer you can simply follow what I do, and run the recipes later. The lessons will be held on the ZOOM.US platform, in live streaming. Before the course I will
send you all the instructions to access easily. If you have never used this platform, don't worry, we will test before the course.

The course has a very accessible cost, much lower than the same classroom live workshop, because I want to give the opportunity to as many people as possible to approach ao deepen the knowledge of this cuisine, even in this moment of uncertainty or economic difficulty. Those who want can attend only the first day (2 recipes), but I highly recommend taking part in the whole course.

For 3 hours I enter with you in your kitchen (thanks to digital technology!) to guide you step by step in the making of 3 raw gourmet and plant based recipes. It is an experience that you can do alone, or as a couple.
I will give you all the information you need to organize yourself with equipment and ingredients, and be able to make all the recipes without difficulty, even if it is the first time that you approach this cuisine, and even if you are not an expert cook!
The recipes are in fact interesting and surprising from the point of view of taste and construction, but technically simple enough, so that you don't need too sophisticated equipment to make.

HOW DOES IT WORK? After registration we will schedule our appointment according to your agenda (at least one week in advance).
You will then receive the list of all that you need to make the recipes, and the recipe booklet, to get organized in time, and also to be able to remake the recipes you'll learn whenever you want in the future.
